FLOWER CARE
FLOWER CARE
Upon receipt of your bouquet, immediately place your flowers in a vase of fresh clean water.
Ensure stems are submerged and use flower food to extend the life of your floral arrangement.
Remove any leaves that are submerged in the water to prevent bacteria growth.
Change the water and recut the stems at an angle every 2-3 days to keep the flowers fresh.
Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts or heat sources.
ORCHID CARE
Most varieties prefer a bright indirect light location. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Keep soil moist and water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch, allowing access to drain completely.
Orchids prefer higher humidity so place it in a warm location.
Repot every 1-2 years using an orchid specific soil mix when roots outgrow the existing pot.
With proper care, orchids can live 10-15 years and bloom multiple times.
SUCCULENT CARE
Most varieties do well in temperate conditions and thrive indoors as long as they are given plenty of natural bright light.
Do not place them in direct sunlight as too much may burn the delicate leaves of the succulent, causing spots to form on them.
Depending on the humidity in your area, water your potted succulents every 7-14 days and only when the soil is fully dry. Use a small watering can to water the soil around your succulents.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
At Harmonic Blooms, we take pride in crafting exceptional, luxury floral arrangements. Every design is handcrafted using the freshest, highest-quality product available.
Because flowers are a natural, seasonal product subject to Mother Nature, market conditions, and regional availability, specific varieties or colors occasionally may not be in stock on your requested delivery day. To ensure your arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful and on time, we adhere to the following substitution guidelines:
1. Maintaining the "Look and Feel"
Our primary goal is to preserve the overall aesthetic, style, and color harmony of the design you selected. If a specific flower or container is unavailable, we will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value that matches the mood, shape, and overall elegance of the original piece.
2. Single-Variety vs. Mixed Arrangements
Mixed Arrangements: For designer's choice or multi-flower bouquets, substitutions may be made for individual stems while keeping the overarching color palette and theme intact.
Single-Variety Arrangements: If you order a specific variety (such as all-roses or all-hydrangeas), the variety will take precedence over color when possible. For example, if a specific shade of pink rose is unavailable, we may substitute it with another premium rose of a closely matching tone.
