Q | Can flowers and foliage harm your pets?
A | Yes, most varieties are known to be toxic to pets. Please be sure to keep your pets safe and away from your floral arrangement.

Q | Where is Harmonic Blooms located?
A | We are located in Glastonbury, CT. While we do not have a brick and mortar store, please call us or visit our online Signature Collection Flower Shop to place an order.

Q | What are our hours?
A | We are open Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM and Saturday 9:00AM - 1:00PM. Online flower orders and event inquiries are accepted at any time. Contact us at info@harmonicblooms.com or at 860-248-6658. Same day delivery is also available for orders placed by 9:00AM.

Q | Where do we deliver flowers?
A | We provide local flower delivery within the town of Glastonbury and to surrounding towns such as Avon, Bolton, Colchester, Cromwell, East Hampton, Farmington, Hebron, Manchester, Marlborough, Newington, Portland, Rocky Hill, South Windsor, and Wethersfield.

Q | What if no one is available to receive delivery?
A | Please ensure there is a person available to receive your order. Flower deliveries will not be left with anyone unless they are identified in your order.

Q | Do we deliver flowers to funeral homes and hospitals?
A | Yes, we deliver flowers to both. For funerals, please include name of the deceased, funeral home, and date flowers are needed before placing an order. For hospitals, please include the name of hospital and the recipient's room number.

Q | What payment options do we offer?
A | Currently, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Q | What if you want to cancel your order or request a refund?
A | You may cancel your order any time prior to delivery. If your arrangement is en route or has been delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order or issue you a refund. To cancel an order, please contact info@harmonicblooms.com.
